Overall system administration / maintenance and development of core infrastructure

Maintain & troubleshoot IT devices and network peripherals. Perform duties such as monitor network traffic, system security, disaster recovery and system backup

Involved in cross-functional team driving and participating in IT projects initiated by the Company

Provide management report on function and Department performance including capacity planning of resources

Prepare and conduct system and integration test and supports user acceptance testing and prepare for implementation

Provide support to all Divisions of the Company

Develops and determine priorities and monitors status of special IT projects on on-going basis, and to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Identify innovative ways of using technology to improve business efficiency

Source and purchase any necessary IT parts and equipments

To assist analyze and prepare IT budget

Keep records on all IT Department assets as well as its locations

Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of Department


Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience in related field.

Knowledge in LINUX, UNIX, Oracle database, PHP and Java programming will be an advantage.

Possess good understanding of Internet technology.

Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development.

Possesses strong knowledge on latest development in Information technology and keenness to keep one-self updated.

Able to work independently with high level of precision.

Able to work under pressure, set priority of work and meet time lines.

Good command of spoken and written English is essential.






Overall responsible in the four main areas of the workflow covering Sales Support, Shipping, Documentation and Logistics.

On-time preparation and completion of shipping documentation in accordance with the Group’s requirement.

Ensure cargos are shipped on time and in compliance with the environment, legal and other international standards.

Compliance with the Group’s trading standard operating procedures.

Prepare letter of credit, invoices, packing lists, etc.

Arrange and co-ordinate the timely production of cargoes for shipments.

Maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers and shipping agents.

Manage the daily, weekly and monthly reports and activities.

Manage inventory report.


Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping & logistic environment.

Accounting background would be an added advantage.

Relevant hands-on experience in all routine operations matter.

Possess excellent communication skills, pleasant personality and a team player.

Must be meticulous and high initiative.

Able to work independently with high level of precision.

Able to work under pressure, set priority of work and meet time lines.

Proficient in spoken and written English. Chinese would be an added advantage.

Willingness to take on additional responsibility.

Willing to work extra hours and travel if necessary.

Must be computer literate.


Senior Officer – Finance / Accounts




Assist in daily banking and treasury functions.

Assist in banking operational and administrative matters.

Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Liaise with the financiers on finance related matters.


Degree Holder or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accounting or related field.

Other qualification with prior experience in similar capacity will be considered.

Fluent in written and spoken English & Malay. Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage.

At least 4-8 years of working experience in Finance or related field.

Excellent communication skills, self motivated, team player and have good organization skill.

Excellent with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.






Assist the CEO in developing and growing McCorry’s business. This includes long-term planning, improving and developing the Company’s management systems, support to the Company’s Business Units and Support Teams.

Assist the CEO in managing the Company’s control systems in place at any given time.

Do research in support of both long-term and short-term strategies that the CEO’s office is working on.

Manage specific projects on behalf of the CEO’s office.


Degree Holder or Professional Qualification in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Other qualification with prior experience in similar capacity will be considered.

Must able to communicate effectively and multi-tasking.

Must have driven personality.

Well organized, detail oriented and flexible with strong decision making ability.

Resourceful, efficient, able to work independently and meet time lines.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese would be an added advantage.

At least 5 years of working experience in related field.

Willing to work extra hours and travel if necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Assisting the Financial Controller in:

Ensuring the financial information of the Group are consistent with the applicable accounting standards

Ensuring the taxation policies of the Group are consistent with the applicable taxation laws

Supporting the respective business units with prompt, accurate and meaningful analyses for decision making and business plans formation

Developing strong internal controls in the business operations to safeguard the Group’s interest


Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

Minimum 10 years working experience in the related field

Must be a MIA member

Meticulous with strong analytical skill

Initiative and able to work independently

Mature and responsible personality with very good organizational and administrational skills

Able to communicate effectively with different level people in the organization
